This book is a nice place to begin for people with chronic pain. If you are new to yoga and feel intimidated by it do to chronic pain issues begin here. The author is no expert on Fibro, but the yoga poses and modifications are helpful.

This book has easy to follow pictures of yoga poses along with text that helps to fine-tune the movements for individual activity levels. I’ve had Fibromyalgia for over 20 years and I find this book to be helpful for pain management and relaxation.
